Standard Rates

Basic Support – Workstation, Unmanaged Network Devices, Printers, Structured Cabling, VOIP, etc. 

Advanced Support – Servers, Managed Network Devices, Network Rack Cabling, Fiber Termination, etc. 

Specialty Support – Legacy Software/Equipment, Cyber Security, Virtual CTO , etc.

Remote work will be billed at a 15 minute minimum for 15 minute intervals. Onsite work will be billed at a 1 hour minimum for 15 minute intervals.

Afterhours – Any work performed between 5PM to 8AM CST.

• Work will be billed at 1.5x the standard rate.  
• Minimums: 1 hour remote OR 2 hour onsite

Holiday –  Any work performed after close of business for a holiday until the scheduled reopening. 

• Work will be billed at 2x the standard rate.  
• Minimums: 2 hour remote OR 4 hour onsite
