Our Managed Services Agreements (MSA) deliver proactive support that reduces downtime and keeps your business running smoothly — all at a predictable monthly recurring rate based on the number of devices you have and the level of support you need.


Prefer to pay as you go? 

Unlike most IT companies, we also offer hourly rates with no monthly minimums required.

Hourly rates

For Non-MSA Clients Only

Basic (T1)

$200/Hour

Basic Support – Workstation, Unmanaged Network Devices, Printers, Structured Cabling, VOIP, etc. 

Advanced (T2)

$250/Hour

Advanced Support – Servers, Managed Network Devices, Network Rack Cabling, Fiber Termination, etc. 

Specialty (T3)

$300/Hour

Specialty Support – Legacy Software/Equipment, Cybersecurity, Virtual CTO, etc.

Minimums and Billing Intervals

Remote work is billed in 15-minute increments, with a 15-minute minimum. 

Onsite work is billed in 15-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum. 

Afterhours Support

This includes any work requested to be performed outside of our standard business hours.

  • Work will be billed at 1.5x the standard rate.  
  • Minimums: 1 hour remote OR 2 hour onsite

Holiday Support

This includes any work requested to be performed  after close of business for a holiday until the scheduled reopening. 

  • Work will be billed at 2x the standard rate.  
  • Minimums: 2 hour remote OR 4 hour onsite

Travel Expenses

Work requiring travel outside of Lafayette Parish may be billed at $100 per hour, round-trip. The client may also be responsible for all airfare, any necessary overnight accommodations, etc.
