Lee Knott, Owner & IT Consultant
Lee joined our team in 2009 to support the then-owner, Josh, with various side projects. Her role quickly expanded from answering phones and scheduling appointments to overseeing day-to-day operations as Office Manager. When Josh moved on to other pursuits, Lee stepped up to lead TEK’s entire operation. After nearly a decade of dedication and hands-on experience, she became the sole owner of Total Network Technologies in July 2021.

Tyler joined our team in 2008 after working at another local IT firm. Byron Knott, IT Consultant
Byron became a full-time member of our team in 2022 after many years of working with us as a project-based contractor. He holds an MIS degree from UL Lafayette and brings over 20 years of IT experience to our clients. Before settling into a full-time career in IT, Byron served for many years as both a volunteer and professional firefighter, reflecting his long-standing commitment to serving the community. With deep expertise in enterprise-level hardware and software, he helps organizations of all sizes design, implement, and maintain reliable technology environments.

LaNey joined our team in 2025 as our Office Administrator and quickly became an essential part of our daily operations. Michael Swafford, TEKFGC Coordinator
Michael joined us in 2021 as an intern and quickly became an important part of our team. A graduate of SLCC, he developed an interest in IT at an early age and continued to grow his skills in networking, support, and customer service. Although he has advanced in his professional career, he remains an active member of our extended team. Michael leads our community program, TEK FGC, where he helps connect local gamers by coordinating monthly tournaments and online gaming events.
